Anonym hat gesagt…: In principle, there is no original LP 1979 for Sun Ra "Live at the Squat Theatre", at least not to my knowledge. Rather, the LP The Sun Ra Arkestra – Live At The Squat Theatre was released ca. 2012 on the Italian label Sinner Lady Gloria. This label is/was a grey area label and made releases without any legal permission and not paying any royalties.
When I made research on the web for some of the live recordings, it appeared to me that the label used some digital source, i.e., youtube videos and downloads from US pages, for their releases.
So, it's quite funny that a digital release was transferred to vinyl and now back to digital again.; 15. Januar 2024 um 07:55
