Vielen Dank für Claude Thornhill, wahrlich ein ganz wichtiger Interpret auf dem Wege vom Swing zum Cool Jazz.
Man muss sich nur mal die Namen vor Augen halten, mit denen er zeitweise zusammengearbeitet hat, also Musiker wie Lee Konitz, Gil Evans und Gerry Mulligan.
